GamePK Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

Welcome to GamePK. These Terms and Conditions apply to every person who accesses or uses the GamePK platform in any capacity — whether browsing, registering, depositing, placing bets, playing games, or withdrawing funds. The platform is operated under the GamePK brand and is accessible at gamepk.app.

By creating a GamePK account or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have read and understood these terms in full, and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms should be read alongside the GamePK Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and GamePK.

If you are using GamePK on behalf of another person or entity, you additionally represent that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. GamePK reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, and continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

GamePK is an adults-only platform. The minimum age to register and participate in any activity on GamePK is 18 years. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. GamePK employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request proof-of-age documentation at any point during the account lifecycle. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately, all balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using GamePK.
• You must be registering for your own personal, recreational use — not on behalf of another person or as a commercial operator.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player at GamePK or under any self-exclusion scheme that covers the platform.
• You must not be acting in a professional capacity as a sports trader or arbitrage bettor using automated tools against the platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You confirm that the funds you deposit on GamePK are not the proceeds of criminal activity.

Each individual may hold only one GamePK account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the confiscation of any balances held within them.

When you register at GamePK, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. GamePK relies on this information to verify your identity, process payments, and communicate with you. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination without refund.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your GamePK login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone — not friends, not family members, and certainly not anyone who contacts you claiming to represent GamePK. Our support team will never ask for your password. Any activity that occurs under your GamePK account is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised it.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
• All registration information must be accurate and must remain up to date.
• Keep your password secure — GamePK is not liable for losses caused by unauthorised account access due to your own failure to protect credentials.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your GamePK account immediately via live chat or email.
• GamePK may require identity verification (KYC) documents before processing withdrawals or at any time for compliance purposes.

GamePK accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the payment methods listed on the Deposit and Withdrawal page: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa or Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. GamePK does not accept deposits from third-party payment methods — for example, an Easypaisa wallet registered under a different name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources will be reversed and the associated account may be restricted pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 on all payment methods.
• Deposits must come from payment accounts held in your own name.
• GamePK does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited instantly upon payment confirmation.
• Bank IBFT transfers may take 15–60 minutes to reflect in your GamePK balance during banking hours.
• GamePK does not accept cryptocurrency or foreign currency deposits.
• Deposits that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder may be held pending identity checks.

GamePK processes withdrawal requests within five minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash wallet destinations. Bank IBFT transfers typically complete within 30 minutes during normal banking hours. Withdrawals submitted during weekends or public holidays may experience slightly longer processing times due to banking system constraints outside of GamePK's control.

All withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. This is a security measure to prevent funds from being redirected to accounts that have not been used to fund the GamePK account. Requests to withdraw to a different payment method may require additional identity verification.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500.
• GamePK does not charge withdrawal fees for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, or SadaPay.
• Bank IBFT withdrawals: Rs 25 processing fee may apply per transaction.
• Withdrawals are paid only to accounts in your own verified name.
• Accounts with unresolved identity verification are placed on hold pending document submission.
• GamePK reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the destination account before releasing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6.

GamePK offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, referral rewards, deposit match offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events like the Pakistan Super League. Each promotion operates under its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The general principles below apply to all GamePK bonuses unless a promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to your GamePK account balance and are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
• Standard wagering requirement: 10x the bonus amount on qualifying bets or games unless the specific promotion states a different figure.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, unless the promotion specifies a different period.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only — using bonus funds as part of a low-risk or zero-risk strategy (arbitrage, bonus abuse) is a breach of these terms.
• GamePK may withhold or reverse bonus credits where evidence of promotional abuse is identified.
• One welcome bonus per household, mobile number, device, and payment method.
• Referral bonuses — including flat payments and lifetime commissions — are governed by the Refer a Friend programme terms available on the relevant page.

All bets placed on GamePK are final once confirmed. You are responsible for checking the details of any bet — including the selection, the stake amount in PKR, and the odds — before submitting. GamePK does not accept requests to void or amend confirmed bets on the grounds that the details were entered incorrectly by the player.

Odds displayed on GamePK's sportsbook are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at which your bet is accepted are those displayed at the exact moment of confirmation, which may differ from odds you observed moments earlier if the market moved. GamePK operates odds acceptance on a "best odds" basis where possible for live in-play markets.

• Minimum bet: Rs 10 on all markets and game types.
• Maximum bet limits vary by market and event — check individual market limits before placing large stakes.
• GamePK reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a technical error caused incorrect odds to be displayed.
• In-play bets may be subject to a brief delay for odds recalculation during critical moments of a match.
• Live card games (Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, etc.) are operated by real dealers — all decisions made by the dealer are final.
• Aviator and other algorithmic games use a provably fair RNG — results are determined before betting opens and can be independently verified.
• GamePK is not liable for losses incurred due to network interruptions during live game play where bets have been confirmed.

GamePK maintains a fair environment for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in reports being filed with relevant financial authorities.

• Creating more than one GamePK account (duplicate accounts) for any reason, including to claim multiple bonuses.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, exploit odds, or interact with GamePK's systems in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any activity that corrupts the integrity of a game or sporting event.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to extract value from the platform beyond what would be available under normal operating conditions.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using GamePK for money laundering purposes.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Sharing or selling your GamePK account credentials with or to another person.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing GamePK staff, dealers, or other players in any GamePK communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or tamper with any part of the GamePK platform or its underlying technology.
• Using the referral programme to refer yourself, fictitious persons, or persons you know do not intend to genuinely use the platform.

GamePK collects personal and financial data as part of providing the platform's services. The full details of what data is collected, how it is stored, and how it is used are set out in the GamePK Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and should be read alongside these Terms and Conditions.

In brief: your personal data is stored encrypted on secure servers, is not sold to third-party advertisers, and is shared only with service providers that GamePK uses to operate the platform (such as payment processors) under strict data protection obligations. GamePK may be required to disclose account information to regulatory or law enforcement authorities in response to a lawful request — in such cases no advance notice to the account holder may be possible.

By using GamePK you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to your personal data, request corrections to inaccurate data, and request deletion of your data subject to applicable legal obligations that may require GamePK to retain certain records.

GamePK is committed to promoting responsible gaming across the platform. We offer a set of player tools designed to help you maintain control of your gaming activity. These include deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, loss limits, and a self-exclusion option that immediately suspends your access to the platform for a period of your choosing.

Self-exclusion requests at GamePK are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period — this is a deliberate design choice to ensure the tool provides genuine protection. If you self-exclude, any balance remaining in your account at the time of exclusion will be held securely and returned to you via your registered payment method without requiring access to the platform.

• GamePK's responsible gaming tools are accessible from your account settings at all times.
• Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• GamePK may proactively contact players whose usage patterns suggest potential problem gambling.

GamePK reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in a manner that breaches these Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, or the integrity of the platform. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account holder will be notified by the email address or mobile number on record.

In cases of confirmed fraud, identity falsification, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement, balances may be forfeited in full. In cases where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within seven working days.

You may also close your GamePK account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Before processing a voluntary closure, we will verify your identity, settle any pending bets, and return your remaining balance. We will also ask whether you would prefer a self-exclusion to a full closure, as these serve different purposes.

GamePK provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted or error-free access. The platform may be subject to scheduled maintenance, technical disruptions, or circumstances beyond GamePK's control (including third-party payment system outages) that result in temporary unavailability.

GamePK is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from decisions made based on information displayed on the platform, losses caused by internet connectivity issues on your side, or gambling losses in the ordinary course of gameplay. GamePK's total liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the calendar month in which the relevant event occurred.

GamePK may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in the platform, changes in applicable law, or updates to our operating practices. When material changes are made, GamePK will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the change is required by law to take effect immediately.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of GamePK after any change comes into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a material change, you should close your account before the change takes effect — GamePK will refund your remaining balance in full in such circumstances.
